1. No Refund After Project Delivery
Once a project has been delivered, approved, or marked as completed, no refunds will be issued.
This applies to:
- Completed design work
- Completed development tasks
- Delivered website files
- Approved milestones
- Completed optimizations or digital services
Since my work is labor-based, time-based, and immediately usable, refunds cannot be issued after delivery.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the upfront payment.
3. Partial Refunds (If Work Has Started)
If a project is canceled after work has begun but before completion:
- A partial refund may be issued
- The refund amount depends on the work completed
- Hours already spent or delivered work will be deducted
This is to cover time and resources already invested.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain purchases
- Hosting costs
- Third-party plugins or subscriptions
- Stock images or premium assets
- Payments to third-party service providers
- Any urgent/express delivery fees
These are external costs paid on your behalf.
5. Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee
All projects include revisions according to the agreed scope.
You may request adjustments during the revision period, but refunds are not granted due to:
- Change of mind
- Style preference changes
- Business direction changes
- Delays caused by missing content or feedback
I always aim to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
6. Digital Services Refund Policy
Services such as:
- SEO
- Website optimization
- Speed improvement
- Bug fixing
- Marketing setup
- Consulting
are non-refundable once service work has started or delivered.
Because these involve time, analysis, and technical implementation, refunds cannot be provided.
7. Failure to Provide Required Materials
If the client fails to provide content, feedback, or required information and the project becomes inactive for 14 days, the project may be paused or closed.
Refunds will not be issued for inactivity caused by the client.
